Mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels.  It has a balance of sweet oaky flavours including Vanilla, Caramel and Almond.

It is a smooth slightly dry whisky. Well rounded with Barrel notes.
