OUR STORY

Founded in 1995 by Alvaro Abrantes, Adega Algarvia began as a retail and distribution company, dedicated to providing exclusive wines and exceptional service. Over the years, it has become a favorite destination for wine enthusiasts seeking the finest Portuguese wines, as well as premium selections from France, Italy, and beyond.

In 2019, Alvaro's daughter, Tatiana Abrantes, brought a fresh, visionary approach to the family business. Passionate about both wine and art, Tatiana transformed the store into a luxury wine haven where the worlds of fine wine and contemporary art beautifully intersect. Today, our bespoke wine service and exclusive wine collection make us the go-to destination for those seeking a truly personalized experience.
