An elegant rosé wine from Quinta do Mondego, produced with the Encruzado and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, in the heart of the Dão region. 

Pale pink in colour and crystal clear, it presents delicate aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, with floral notes and a mineral touch. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and with good acidity, ideal for hot days or with light dishes.
