Aroma: Very aromatic, shows notes of ripe tropical fruit, contrasting with

fresher fruit such as pineapple and melon, and a vegetable note of

asparagus.

Palate: With a fresh entrance, it is very fruity, and balanced.

It has a good acidity, supported by ripe fruit flavours and some tropical notes, which characterise it and gives it balance. Long and persistent finish with good evolution capability.

Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled between 11º°C. 

Gastronomic Suggestion: To drink as an aperitif, alone, or with salads, fish dishes, seafood and sushi.
