Quinta dos Carvalhais Encruzado is a refined white wine from the Dão region, showing a citrine yellow colour and a rich bouquet of yellow-fleshed fruits like peach and nectarine. Floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom blend with hints of cedar and resin, adding depth and complexity. On the palate, it is intensely aromatic with crisp, firm acidity, beautifully balanced by subtle barrel ageing, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish.

Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed chilled at 10º–12ºC.
