Aroma: Fresh and delicate aroma with hints of tropical fruits and a mineral base.

Palate: Smooth texture, balanced acidity, fruity mouth-feel.

Full-bodied on the palate, elegant finish. Complex and harmonious. But with interesting complexity thanks to hints of the region's granite minerality.

Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled between 8-10º°C. 

Gastronomic Suggestion: Ideal as an appetiser, or to accompany salads and cooked seafood.
