This wine reflects the aromatic depth of the Chardonnay variety, but with the strong influence of the Freixo Terroir. 

It is a rich and expressive wine, with a bright yellow colour. The minerality notes stand out in harmony with the fruit and the volume comes from the barrel. 

In the mouth it is broad, with notes of white fruit, pear and quince. The refreshing acidity gives it elegance, and length in the finish.

Serving Suggestions: Serve ideally at 10ºC. 

Gastronomic Suggestion: It accompanies simple dishes of fresh fish, salads, and white meats, as well as strong oriental aromatic dishes, and Mediterranean roasts and stews. Also combined with sushi, and fusion dishes, it harmonises the aromas, and flavours in a complementary and balanced way.
