Cartuxa white is planted in the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida vineyards. When the grapes reach the right point of maturation they are
carefully picked, de-stalked and gently crushed.
Cartuxa white wine generally has a citrusy, and floral aroma with notes of tropical fruit, such as pear and pineapple.
On the palate, it is complex, balanced, and fresh, with flavours of apricot, lime, and pineapple.
It typically finish with long, elegant, and mineral-driven characteristics.
