Bacalhôa Chardonnay presents a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and a rich bouquet of yellow fruits such as peach and pineapple, enhanced by toasted and vanilla notes from French oak ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied and persistent, with vibrant acidity that brings a mineral edge, and develops dried fruit complexity with bottle ageing.
Serving Suggestions: Best served chilled at 10º–12ºC.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with intensely flavoured fish dishes, poultry, and the traditional Azeitão DOP cheese.
