Soalheiro Granit displays a bright lemon-yellow colour and an elegant, mineral-driven aroma. On the palate, it is dry, persistent, and refined, highlighting the more mineral expression of the Alvarinho grape. A subtle salinity reflects the influence of the granite soils where the vines are grown, giving this wine its unique character.

Serving Suggestions: Serve well chilled at 8º–10ºC.

Food Pairing: Perfect with Mediterranean cuisine, especially seafood, grilled fish, and baked fatty fish. Also excellent with white meats, smoked meats, cured cheeses, sushi, or delicate dim sum dishes.
