Vertente is a beautiful violet colour of medium concentration. 

The aroma is restrained, still very young, with a delicate profile of mineral notes and wild black fruit. The wood blends well with some smoky and spicy notes. Tense, deep, and well-structured, it's fine, and elegant on the palate. 

Very well-integrated tannins, with balanced acidity, and a long, gripping finish. It will evolve well in the cellar.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16º-18ºC 

Food Pairing: White meats like turkey or chicken. Grilled foods. Fatty fish (salmon, grouper). 

Vegetarian suggestions: pasta and quiches.
