The palate is delicate, with a lingering acidity accompanied by very fine,  tannins.

Food Pairing: Vadio Red, a wine made from the Baga grape varietal, is highly recommended with rich earthy meats, and game dishes, such as roasted venison, wild boar, and beef. It also pairs well with aged or hard cheeses.
