Manoella VV is a deep cherry red, very silky, and elegant wine. 

On the palate it has a lovely combination of dark chocolate, fruit sweetness and a dry mineral texture. The tannins are firm but not rough. The finish is long, fresh and pure.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16º-18ºC 

Food Pairing: Manoella Vinhas Velhas red wine pairs well with beef and venison. It also complements rich meats like roasts, stews, and dishes with strong flavours, especially those with truffle oil.
