Post Scriptum is Chryseia's partner wine. Sourced from the same vineyards, its profile is similar, with expressive, fresh, and concentrated fruit combined with exquisite balance and elegance. 

It is aged in oak for less time than Chryseia and is suitable for drinking while young.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16º-18ºC 

Food Pairing: Post Scriptum red pairs well with grilled, and roast meats like beef, lamb, pork, and game such as venison. It also complements well with rich, tomato-based pasta dishes, and is an excellent companion to various kinds of cheese, especially hard cheeses.
