The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery.
All grapes were de-stemmed without crushing. Wild fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature and very low intervention.
Ageing took place in stainless steel vats.
This way of working with the grape Trincadeira made it possible to create a wine low in alcohol and tannins, light bodied, pale in colour and good acidity.
The aroma has fresh red fruits, and dried tobacco leaves.
