Malhadinha Red opens with a very expressive yet serious nose, with notes of black, and blue fruit, spices, and light toast. 

On the palate, it is a very complex wine, round with ripe, and polished tannins, very long on the finish, and with enormous ageing potential.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16º-18ºC 

Food Pairing: Malhadinha red wines pair well with Alentejo's black pork,  and other game and red meats, as well as cheeses.  It's a versatile wine that can be paired with robust flavours, making it a good match for richer dishes like those found in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
