Lacrau is maroon in colour with good intensity and depth.

Aroma: Complex, and deep, reminiscent of ripe red, and black fruits, enveloped by spicy notes that provide elegance.

Palate: Soft tannins enveloped by the fruit. Good aroma in the mouth.

Excellent structure. Very long finish.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16º-18ºC 

Food Pairing: Lacrau red wine pairs well with rich and savoury foods like red meat dishes, such as beef and lamb, as well as game like deer or venison. It's also a good match for cold cuts, aged or semi-cured cheeses, and dishes like pasta or pizza.
