Produced in Portalegre to the north east of the Alentejo on the granite foothills of the São Mamede mountains, where cooler temperatures reside, along with many old vines, gives it complexity, and freshness. 

Serving Suggestions: Serve at a temperature between 16º-17ºC

Food Pairing: Howard's Folly Sonhador Red pairs well with red meat dishes, such as barbecues, steaks, and richer, more flavourful dishes, as the wine has body, and structure. 

With notes of red fruit and earth, it can also be enjoyed with dishes containing mushrooms, or strong cheese.
