Grandes Quintas is deep red in colour. It has floral aromas, intense, and fresh, very complex but well balanced.

Palate: It is delicate, fresh, and very persistent. Rich, spicy, and floral notes, with elegant tannins, and a long and persistent finish.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 14º-16ºC 

Food Pairing: Grandes Quintas Reserva red wine pairs well with a variety of rich dishes, including roast meats like beef and lamb, hearty stews, cured cheeses, and traditional Portuguese cuisine. Dishes with strong, savoury flavorous, and richer textures, such as boeuf bourguignon, or a classic beef roast, are excellent matches for the wine's bold characteristics.
