Doda presents a beautiful deep ruby colour with a Springtime aroma. It has  fresh floral notes and berries in a harmonious but lively and expressive set. 

On the palate, strong, and with good volume, it shows itself very enveloping and deep. The tannins are present but well integrated, structured and with a mineral profile. The aftertaste is long, fleshy and full of berries. 

A pleasant wine when young, due to its robustness, although it is expected a long, and healthy ageing in the cellar.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16º-18ºC 

Food Pairing: Doda Red wine, pairs well with rich, earthy foods like duck, and game meats like roast beef, as well as some local Portuguese dishes such as Feijoada à Transmontana.
