Albino Armani Valpolicella Ripasso is crafted using the traditional Ripasso method, where fresh Valpolicella wine is fermented over the warm, sugary Amarone pomace, enhancing its structure, body, and flavour.

In the glass, it displays a ruby red colour with changing transparencies, releasing a bouquet of blackberries, ripe cherries, dark spices, and subtle minty notes. Ageing in wood adds elegance and balance, while the fresh, long finish reveals a pleasant fruitiness with a hint of dark chocolate.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 14º–16ºC.
