In the village of Mezzolombardo in Trentino, the de Varda family, noblemen since 1678, owned several land and were grappa and wine producers in the cellars of their Villa.

The de Varda method is more than a production system, it’s a work philosophy. A rigid set of rules and procedures that specify each operation to enhance grapes most noble part, its skin.

Choosing a Villa de Varda grappa means choosing a unique and antique method, ever evolving and improving for more than 150 years.
