This wine is made in the Loire Valley from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is immediately noticeable in the aroma, full of notes of green vegetables, cut grass, and a light tropical note of passion fruit.

Serving Suggestions: Serve between 11º- 12ºC

Food Pairing: It has beautiful acidity and a light body, but is very suitable for accompanying both seafood and some cheeses like Camembert. 

It will already be at its best, so it doesn't deserve cellaring.
